Manager of the Year – Medium-sized Centre

Winner – Malcolm Angus, Crompton Place, Bolton

Congratulations to Malcolm Angus, Crompton Place Centre Manager, who won the Manager of  the Year Award (medium-sized centre) last night at The Dorchester on Park Lane. The award was in recognition of his restructuring the management team at Crompton Place achieving a 10 per cent reduction in service charge, taking it below the national benchmark and bringing commercialisation in-house, which led to a 23 per cent uplift in revenue. Increased activity led to a 12.5 per cent increase in dwell time.
